HOW TO USE
- Put a few drops of the oil blend on the desired spots specifically on the back of your ears, on your wrists or on the sole of your feet.
- You can choose any of the 3 spots mentioned or apply the oil blend to all 3 of them.
- Gently rub the oil in a circular motion for better distribution. If applied on the sole of the feet, you can just rub them gently together.
- For better relaxation and other results, place a few drops into your palm and gently rub them together and place both palms in front of your nose. Inhale and exhale for 21 repetitions.
- Best application including step number 4 is either before going to bed or in between breaks during your work.
