1. Always burn candles until the wax pools to the edge of the glass. ESPECIALLY FOR THE FIRST BURN. Otherwise you will get what is called tunneling and that wastes all the wax stuck to the sides of the glass.

2. Don't burn longer than 4 hours. Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch.

3. If any decorations fall onto the wick, wait until wax cools and use a spoon to guide the decoration back to the side wall of the glass.

  1. Let the melted wax reach the near the edges on your first burn.
  2. Never burn your candle for longer than 3-4 hours. For longer life blow them out at 3 hours. 
  3. Trim your wick to 1/4 inch in between burns.
  4. Never leave a candle unattended while burning.
  5. Always monitor your candle near small children and pets.
  6. Always burn candles on a heat resistant surface. Never on wood or soft material surfaces. 
  7. Be careful not to touch the candle after burning, they will remain hot for quite some time after burning.
  8. Keep loose materials and dusts away from a burning candle. 
  9. Always keep a burning candle away from foams, drafts, curtains and other items that may catch fire. 
  10. If the flame is dancing too much, blow it out, trim the wick then re-light. 
  11. If crystals fall onto wicks, wait until wax cools and use a spoon to guide the crystal back to the side wall of the glass. When your candles are all finished, cleanse crystals and vessels with hot water and soap. Some crystals have a tiny hole in the center, so you can collect them all and turn them into a bracelet.

  • Penalty will be lifted once customers paid in advance and successfully received their package. However, if the customer repeat the same act by refusing to accept his/her package or canceling while package is in transit after penalty was lifted, the same penalty will be applied once again.
