  • Each card has its own unique discount code. The discount code will be assigned to the customer who made the purchase and it will only work with the details recorded on our system of that specific customer.
  • Customers may avail 2 or more cards for themselves, however, only one discount code will be allowed for each transaction.

Here's how it works:

I. How to Purchase

  • You can purchase it through this page by adding to cart.
  • Make a purchase and have it added on your purchased goods.

II. Difference between Gold Member and Platinum Member

  • Gold Member: 10% discount on total price of products (except shipping fee) for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Platinum Member: 12% discount on total price of products (except shipping fee) for 12 months from date of purchase.

III. How to Activate Card

  • These cards are pre-activated from the date of purchase. Once received, the cards are ready to use.
  • If you included it on a purchase and you want to use it immediately, you need to contact one of our Live-chat Representatives for assistance.

IV. How to Use the Card

  • Check the small piece of paper that came with the card for the instructions on how to use the card during the purchase process.

CASH-ON-DELIVERY

  • WGE Asia utilizes cash-on-delivery nationwide.

SHIPPING FEE

  • P150 per transaction.
  • Shipping is free if total amount of order is P5,000 or higher.
  • Some items can't fit in a single pouch. If that happens, customers will be charged for P150 shipping fee for each pouch.

SHIPPING TIME

  • 3 - 7 business days
  • No movement during Sundays and Holidays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION CALL

  • Customers who processed their order through our website or by using our Mobile App will receive a call from our Order Confirmation Team within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Calls will be anytime from 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.
  • Customers that can't be reached will receive an SMS notifying about their order from us that needs confirmation.
  • Failure to answer our calls and SMS for 5 times will result to cancelation of your order and your package will not be delivered.

REFUSAL TO ACCEPT PACKAGE

  • Please be responsible in ordering online through Cash-on-Delivery. Refusing to accept your package will not be free for us Sellers.
  • Courier will still charge us for delivery, handling, storing and return which may range from P300 - P600 depending on the size and the weight of the package which you have ordered.

CANCELATION OF ORDER DURING TRANSIT

  • Just like what happens if customers refuse to accept order, we will still be charged P300 - P600 depending on the size and the weight of the package which you have ordered.

PENALTY FOR CUSTOMERS WITH RECORDS OF REFUSAL TO ACCEPT PACKAGE AND CANCELATIONS DURING TRANSIT

  • To protect our business from unnecessary losses, customers who have records of refusing to accept their orders or canceling their orders during transit will be penalized by not being able to use Cash-on-Delivery as a payment method.
  • We reserve the right to offer or not to offer Cash-on-Delivery. It is a payment method and not an absolute right in favor of the buyers.
  • Customers under this penalty may still order and receive their package in 3 - 7 business days provided that they will agree to pay in advance through the following channels:
    • Western Union
    • Palawan Express
    • LBC
    • BPI Funds Transfer
  • Penalty will be lifted once customers paid in advance and successfully received their package. However, if the customer repeat the same act by refusing to accept his/her package or canceling while package is in transit after penalty was lifted, the same penalty will be applied once again.
