How long will it last?

It will last long depending on how often they use the bathroom or if they are using an acidic cleaner.

How many bottles would be needed for a small bathroom?

This hard to predict, because every tiles deep and gap are different, not standard. Estimation about 12-15 metre square floor area per bottle.

How long before it dries?

Expect 2-3 hours depending on environment. You should refrain from cleaning up water for 2 to 3 days, and never use hot water.
