ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

WGE ASIA partners with suppliers and product sourcing companies from different countries in order to provide the best quality at the most competitive prices for each items we have in store. 

Rest assured that all of our products are legit and authentic. Some of our products are also our own either through franchise or our own design. We also have some products which are exclusively sold by us.

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

WGE Asia stores its products in its own warehouse and send them to the buyers. Our trusted suppliers are from any of these countries:

South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Australia and United States of America.

DO YOU DELIVER VIA CASH-ON-DELIVERY?

Yes! WGE ASIA offers Cash-on-Delivery Nationwide.

CAN YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?

WGE ASIA can only accept and deliver orders within the Philippines.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

WGE ASIA has a fixed shipping fee of P97.00 per transaction. Delivery time may take 3 - 7 business days.

HOW DO I TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

There are two ways to reach one of WGE Asia's 24/7 Live Chat Representatives:

  1. Click or tap on the "Message Us" button found at the bottom right of our website.
  2. Visit our WGE Asia Facebook Page and click or tap on "Send Message" button.

CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your package is not yet picked up by either Ninja Van or LBC from our warehouse, we can still cancel it. However, if the package has already been handed over, cancelation is no longer possible.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES ON MY ORDER?

If your package is still in WGE ASIA's Warehouse, you can request for changes by contacting Customer Support. However, if the package has already been handed over to either Ninja Van or LBC, we can no longer do any form of changes.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR EXCHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE?

Please review WGE ASIA's RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES Policy.

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE PRICING FOR RETAILERS?

As of the moment, WGE ASIA does not offer special or discounted prices for people who want to be retailers of the products that we sell.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

No we don't. WGE ASIA is an Online Store.

DO YOU DO MEETUP?

Sorry we don't meet and transact. WGE ASIA only transacts online either automatically or through the assistance of one of our Live Chat Representatives via Facebook Messenger.
