HOW TO USE:

Kneel on the ground and wedge the back end of the back stretcher against your knees.
Place the back stretcher behind you in the area that you want to stretch. You can place it in your lower back, mid-back or upper-back.
After the back stretcher is placed in the appropriate position, lay your back down on it and slowly exhale while slightly contracting your core.
