Skindigm Gold Essence Mask is rich in antioxidants. It promotes collagen production. It reduces wrinkles to fade. It also restores radiance to the glow of precious gold.

HOW TO USE

  1. After cleansing, even out your skin with toner.
  2. Place the mask on your face for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. After removing the mask, let the skin absorb the remaining essence on the face by gently tapping it.

ORDER CONFIRMATION CALL

  • Customers who processed their order through our website or by using our Mobile App will receive a call from our Order Confirmation Team within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Calls will be anytime from 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.
  • Customers that can't be reached will receive an SMS notifying about their order from us that needs confirmation.
  • Failure to answer our calls and SMS for 5 times will result to cancelation of your order and your package will not be delivered.

REFUSAL TO ACCEPT PACKAGE

  • Please be responsible in ordering online through Cash-on-Delivery. Refusing to accept your package will not be free for us Sellers.
  • Courier will still charge us for delivery, handling, storing and return which may range from P300 - P600 depending on the size and the weight of the package which you have ordered.

CANCELATION OF ORDER DURING TRANSIT

  • Just like what happens if customers refuse to accept order, we will still be charged P300 - P600 depending on the size and the weight of the package which you have ordered.

PENALTY FOR CUSTOMERS WITH RECORDS OF REFUSAL TO ACCEPT PACKAGE AND CANCELATIONS DURING TRANSIT

  • To protect our business from unnecessary losses, customers who have records of refusing to accept their orders or canceling their orders during transit will be penalized by not being able to use Cash-on-Delivery as a payment method.
  • We reserve the right to offer or not to offer Cash-on-Delivery. It is a payment method and not an absolute right.
  • Customers under this penalty may still order and receive their package in 3 - 7 business days provided that they will agree to pay in advance through the following channels:

    • Palawan Express
    • LBC
    • BPI Funds Transfer
  • Penalty will be lifted once customers paid in advance and successfully received their package.
