HOW TO USE
- Place 1x AA battery in the battery compartment.
- Hold the handle with the tip pointing upwards and long press the + sign on the black toggle button.
- If you see a number 1 displayed at the middle then it is already on.
- Press the plus or minus sign on the toggle button to increase or decrease the pulse rate and power.
- Test the device first. Use low power level (1 - 4) to avoid surprising yourself which may make you become afraid to use the device.
- Put a small amount of contact gel on your inside wrist.
- Firmly press the tip of the pen on your wrist where you applied the contact gel.
- If you don't feel anything, retain the the pressure and slide the tip around the area until you feel a pulsing sensation.
- Adjust to higher power setting if needed.
